In construction defect litigation, the firm advises and represents owners, developers, suppliers, architects, engineers and builders in matters arising out of both large commercial developments and small residential projects.  Because environmental concerns often take precedence in construction and development projects, we advise clients on various environmental regulations, such as the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA").  In addition, our attorneys represent clients force to litigate claims arising out of the transfer of real property, boundary disputes and fraudulent sales transactions.
