Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") is a forum used as a means to find a remedy short of trial.  The generally accepted ADR options consist of Early Neutral Evaluation, Mediation and Arbitration.  The firm utilizes ADR options where appropriate as a complement to traditional litigation.  We have represented a variety of corporate and commercial clients for a wide range of disputes.
